NO more lonely night, never be another…  This chunk of lyrics trapped me to the past when I was in university in 80’s. I listened the singer, Sir Paul McCartney from radio station in Bandung when I laid down in my bad, then I had a cassette which consist of compillation. One of the songs was No More Lonely Night.

Several years ago, when I was in senior high school, I heard McCartney’s voice when he sang with his American mate, Stevie Wonder. They sang together Ebony and Ivory. Of course I know McCarney as a personel of The Beatles with John Lennon, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr. I remember Let It Be, one of the Beatles greatest song, was sung and created by Sir McCartney, dedicated ti his mother, Mary.

His birth name is James Paul Mc Cartney. He was born on 18 June 1942 in Liverpool, England. His mother was Mary, who had worked as a nursing sister in the maternity ward. While his father was James “Jim” McCartney.  He has a little brother, name Michael. When he was at school age, he mated with George Harrison.

McCartney play multi music instruments such bass, double bass, accoustic and electric guitar, piano, drums, mandolin, ukulele, trumpet, and even violin. He is a singer, song writer, artist, painter, and activist. Eleanor Rigby, Yesterday, For No One, And I Love Her, All My Loving, Blackbird, Hey Jude, Here There and Everywhere, and Michelle,  were several McCartney great song.

After leaving The Beatles, McCartney launched a successful solo career and formed the band called Wings  with his wife, Linda Eastman.  He married Heather Mills as second wife. I know, as a music star McCartney has several girlfriends.
